(“Tokyo Stock Exchange”) has approved the initial listing of its shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market. The listing is scheduled for Wednesday, August 13, 2025, and trading of its shares will commence on the Tokyo Stock Exchange thereafter.

Axelspace Holdings is the holding company of Axelspace Corporation, which was founded in 2008.
